Yes! If you’ve ordered from stevemadden.co.uk, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund — as long as it’s unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Customers outside the UK need to cover the cost of return shipping.
We can’t refund any return shipping fees.
We’re not able to offer exchanges for international returns — but you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return from Outside the UK
Pack it securely so it’s safe during transit. Include your completed returns note and remove or cover any old labels.

Refund Timelines
