I've Lost My Dispatch Note/Order Invoice - What Can I Do?

No worries if you’ve misplaced your dispatch note or order invoice!

When you send your return back, just make sure your order number is easy to find when our warehouse team opens the parcel. You can either:

• Print out your order confirmation email and pop it inside, or
• Write your order number clearly on a piece of paper and include that in your parcel.

And don’t forget — keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, just in case we need it.
