We advise you to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Use the supplied packing slip to return your order. Is the packing slip missing? Then it can also be downloaded here.
Please make note that there is a limitation for our return portal on addresses from Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland. Customers from Northern Ireland and Northern Scotland should reach out to our customer service at customersupport@stevemadden.co.ukto schedule a return pick-up.
2. Follow the steps to register your return. You will find your order number in the order confirmation email. Your order number always starts with STEVGB, followed by numbers.
3. Carefully pack your return. Don’t forget to add this packing slip to the box. Print the return label and stick it on the outside of the box.
4. You will receive a confirmation once the package has reached our warehouse. The refund will be processed within five business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation per email once the refund has been processed.

Carefully pack your return. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Don’t forget to add this packing slip to the box.
We can only accept returns from orders made on stevemadden.co.uk. Any Steve Madden products purchased from other retailers must be returned where purchased.
Do you have a complaint about one of the products you received? Then we would like to ask you to contact our customer service immediately with your complaint and order number. Don’t forget to provide us with pictures. Based on your complaint and the pictures, we will try to find a suitable solution as soon as possible!

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN COSTS?
We offer free returns on all orders.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
The shipping and processing of returns can take up to 14 days. You can expect the refund within five business days after we have received and processed your return. Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order.
ATTENTION: Keep your proof of return until your return has been fully processed and refunded. Without a valid proof of return, we can't start an investigation for your missing return. This means that we can't process the refund in the case of a missing return without a valid proof of return.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE?
No, our system unfortunately doesn't allow us to offer our customers exchanges at this moment. If you would like to receive another size or color, we would like to ask you to return your first order and make a new order with the product(s) you want to receive.
WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS BE REFUNDED IF I RETURN MY ORDER?
Have you paid shipping costs and did you return your entire order? Then the shipping costs will be fully refunded. If you have paid shipping costs and returned part of the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
You will receive a return confirmation by email after your return has been processed in our warehouse. This will contain the exact amount that will be refunded.
We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, you can return your unworn items from your www.kurtgeiger.com order within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method
To help us process your return quickly, please make sure:
- All items are unworn and in a saleable condition
- Original packaging, barcodes and tags are intact and undamaged
- Shoes are tried on indoors, on carpeted surfaces, and returned in their original, undamaged shoe box
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive your parcel, and we’ll keep you updated with email notifications once your refund has been received and processed.
Can I Exchange My Item?
At the moment, we’re unable to offer exchanges for online orders, so if you need a different size or colour, just return your item and place a new order.
A Quick Note About Discounts
Any promotional discounts applied to your original purchase won’t carry over if you place a new order after returning an item — these discounts are only valid for the original purchase.
